Single Arm Snatch










Monday April 13, 2009: Sleep 6hrs, 2 hr nap
Warm-up
Agility drills then
2 Rounds of
10 ring dips
10 supermans
10 overhead squats with PVC


Dumbbell snatch practice.

WOD: As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of...
10 single arm snatch, 25lb dumbbell (5 each arm)
10 knees to elbows
8 rounds + 5 right arm snatches
